Art History
Find out what it takes to study Art History at university by taking part in our one day UCD Art History Summer School. Art History is for you if you are interested in any or all of the different aspects of visual culture: painting, sculpture, architecture, the decorative arts and modern visual art forms including photography, film, video and performance.
What happens on the day?
The UCD Art History Summer School is designed to give you an insight into life as a UCD Art History student. It will include taster lectures, workshops and mini seminars, with information on career opportunities for Art History graduates.
Who can apply?
The Summer School is for students who are going into 6th year or Year 13 (A Level) in September 2017.
What does it cost?
The UCD Art History Summer School costs €35 and includes a sandwich lunch and tea/coffee. A reduced rate of €15 is available for applicants whose families are in receipt of job-seekers or disability payments.
