Sustainability Summer School
Wednesday June 7th, 10.00am – 3.00pm
For students interested in studing Sustainability at UCD.
All students who attend the Sustainability Summer School will be offered the choice of also attending, on the same day, two 30 minute breakout sessions that are part of the Science Summer School. On arrival, students can choose two of the following 30 minute sessions:
- Biomedical & Biomolecular Science
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Physics
What happens on the day?
The day will include an exhibition, lectures and practical work in the areas of sustainability with environmental sciences, sustainability with social sciences, policy and law and sustainability with business and economics.
Who can register?
The Summer School is for students who are going into 6th year or Year 13 (A Level) in September 2023.
What does it cost?
The UCD Sustainability Summer School costs €35 and includes a sandwich lunch and tea/coffee. A reduced rate of €15 is available for applicants whose families are in receipt of job-seekers or disability payments.
