Nursing & Midwifery Summer School

Thursday June 6th, 9.30am-4.00pm

Do you love to work with and for the benefit of people? If you want a rewarding and respected career with great travel opportunities, then nursing or midwifery could be for you. Find out if you have what it takes by taking part in our one day UCD Nursing & Midwifery Summer School. You will experience mock hospital ward scenarios in our state of the art Clinical Skills and Simulation labs, listen to real nursing and midwifery lectures and get a tour of the UCD campus. This is one not to miss if you want a real taste of studying nursing or midwifery at UCD.

Who can register?

The Summer School is for students who are going into 6th year or Year 13 (A Level) in September 2024.

What does it cost?

The UCD Nursing & Midwifery Summer School costs €35 and includes a sandwich lunch and tea/coffee. A reduced rate of €15 is available for applicants whose families are in receipt of job-seekers or disability payments. If you wish to avail of this discount rate please email summerschool@ucd.ie for a discount code before booking your course.
